1. About Us

The Whispered Wisdom is a trading name of The Online Craft & Gift Fayre Ltd (Company No. 12675057), registered in England and Wales.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Whispered Wisdom.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We sell oracle card decks and related printed materials.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and minor details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or printing processes.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Dispatch timeframes are stated on the website and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

If an item appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Returns & Cancellation (Online Sales)

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. In-Person Sales (Fayres & Events)

Products purchased in person at markets, fayres or events are not subject to the 14-day cancellation period that applies to online (distance) sales.

Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If an item purchased in person is faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase may include an email receipt issued via Zettle (PayPal Zettle) or other transaction confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Pre-Orders & Advance Sales

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order prior to release or restocking.

By placing a pre-order:

  • You agree to pay in full at the time of ordering.

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may change.

  • If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel for a full refund prior to dispatch.

Once delivered, pre-orders are subject to the same cancellation and return rights outlined in Section 6.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, text, branding, logos, and imagery, is the intellectual property of The Whispered Wisdom and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Intended Use of Products

Our oracle decks and related materials are created for personal reflection, inspiration and spiritual exploration.

They are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.erned by the laws of England and Wales.
